DATE : 03/05/2023 1] Heard Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Dabadgaon, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Sambre, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

2] The petition challenges the order dated 21.2.2023 passed by the trial Court granting an exparte ad-interim order of status quo.

3] It is reported at the bar by the learned counsel for the respondents that the application below Exh.5 has already been heard and is fixed for orders today.

4] In that view of the matter, since the parties have already appeared and Exh.5 has been

(2) 951wp1529.23 argued and is fixed for orders, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is therefore dismissed. No costs.

5] Needless to say that the learned trial Court, in case the order below Exh.5 is not passed today, shall in any case decide the same by 6.5.2023. 6] The plea by Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of prayer clauses (e), (f) & (g), are pleas for which there are provisions in the CPC, of which recourse can be taken by the petitioner.
