In this Writ Petition, a challenge is raised to the advertisement dated 13/03/2021 issued by respondent No.2 - Society along with respondent No.3 - High School and Junior College on the strength of linguistic minority status granted to it by the State Government.

Shri Naik, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that on 06/08/2021, at the request of the said respondents, the State Government has withdrawn the minority status granted to respondent No.2. He has produced on record the said circular dated 06/08/2021, and the same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. He further submits, on instructions, that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 do not desire to proceed ahead with the advertisement dated 13/03/2021, which is the subject matter of the present petition. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. It is accordingly disposed of.
