On 19 April 2022 in group of petitions including the present petition, following order was passed : " Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that a Circular is issued to all the District Magistrates in respect of the permanent
mechanism to ensure expeditious disposal of an Application filed by the Secured Creditors for enforcement of their security interest under Section 14 of the Securitisation & Reconstruction Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

The learned Additional Government Pleader to place the said Circular on record by way of an affidavit on the next date.

Stand over to 26 April 2022 under the caption 'for directions'."

Thereafter on 26 April 2022, following order came to be passed :
"
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the borrower has filed Writ Petition No.2012 of 2022 and by an order dated 13 April 2022, that Petition is to be heard along with the present Petition.

List this Petition on board alongwith Writ Petition No.2012 of 2022 when it is due."

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record copy of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 27 April 2022 in Writ Petition No.2012/2022, withdrawing the writ petition.

That being the position, the learned A.G.P. states that this fact would be taken note of and the concerned officer who is
present in the Court will also take note of the orders and will take necessary steps as per law within a period of two weeks. 6.
