By the present application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 272 days caused in preferring the criminal revision application.

The contention is that the applicant is a Police Constable working as a driver on Police Van. His duty requires him to drive around Police Vehicles in order to transport superior officers as well as prison inmates at Amravati, which is a Divisional Headquarter. Due to visits of some various high level Police dignitaries, he could not visit Nagpur and he could not instruct his counsel about filing of instant criminal revision application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application allowed and the delay of 272 days caused in preferring the criminal revision application is hereby condoned.

The criminal revision application be registered and TAMBE

The criminal application stands disposed of.
