Shri M.D. Lakhey, learned counsel for respondents on instructions submits that the change report proceedings have now been decided and hence the challenge raised in the present writ petition would not survive.

In view of aforesaid statement, Shri S.S. Sanyal, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to canvass the points raised herein in the challenge to the order accepting the change report. Thus, by keeping points raised in the writ petition open, the same is permitted to be withdrawn.
