It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners has filed Securitization Application bearing SA (Diary) No.294 of 2023 on 10-3-2023 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The said proceedings are likely to be listed shortly before the Tribunal in the present week.

In view of the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of since the purpose of filing the same is served.

The ad interim direction that was issued on 9-3-2023 shall operate till 20-3-2023 without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents.
