By this application, the applicant have sought for condonation of delay of 55 days in challenging the judgment dated 12.09.2019 passed by the respondent, Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur. 2.

The delay is marginal, not objected by learned Assistant Government Pleader for the sole respondent, hence, delay is condoned.
