The learned APP, on instructions, submits that at present the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. The statement is suggestive of the fact that the custodial interrogation of the applicant may require in future. The applicant is apprehending arrest on the ground that the PSI Saoner has, vide letter dated 6th February 2023, summoned the applicant to the Police Station for inquiry in a crime which is yet to be registered.

As such, the applicant has attended the Police Station in terms of the orders passed by this Court on 15.03.2023, however, considering the statement made by the learned APP, the applicant has made out a case to the extent that she has apprehension of arrest in the crime which is yet to be registered. Hence the following order : O RDER In the event of arrest of the applicant pertaining to the incident quoted in intimation letter dated 6th February, 2023 issued by

ABA.157.23 the PSI, Saoner, to the applicant, she be released on bail on she furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, on the conditions that she shall cooperate in the enquiry so also the investigation if the crime is registered. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence. The prosecution is at liberty to apply for cancellation of anticipatory bail if contingency so arises.
