DATE : 17.11.2025 This Court, vide order dated 13.11.2025, has recorded that the appeal filed by V.I.D.C. in First Appeal No.244/2014 is already decided by this Court by judgment dated 30.06.2025. It is also informed that the appeal filed by the father of the appellant was also disposed of in First Appeal No.512/2015 vide order dated 30.06.2025. 2.

In view of the above, the matter was adjourned to grant one more opportunity to the appellant to advance any argument in the matter if so desired. However, no one is appearing on behalf of the appellant in the matter. 3.

In light of the above, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. Hence same is dismissed.
