JULY 2, 2025 After having heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the First Appellate Court with the ground as raised before the Executing Court.

2] Permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, subject, however, of no legal impediment in raising objection at this stage. The First Appellate Court shall decide the same on its own merits.
