For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 180 days in filing revision against the order passed by the Registrar (J.) on 16th August, 2017 is condoned, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 16th August, 2017 pursuant to which the matter against respondent No.4 is dismissed, is set aside and the matter against respondent No.4 is restored. Miscellaneous civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
