It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that service upon all the respondents could not be effected earlier for the reason that it was reported by the Bailiff that the respondents were not

She submits that before the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Pulgaon, District Wardha, the respondents are regularly appearing and the addresses submitted by them before the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Pulgaon are the same as are mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition and, therefore, she seeks leave of the Court to effect the service of notice on all the respondents giving their appearance before the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Pulgaon, Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the Civil Judge Junior Division, Pulgaon, District Wardha is requested to render his assistance to the petitioner in effecting service of notice upon the respondents during the course of their appearance before his Court.
