It is informed by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the said representation has been decided on 16/03/2022. Considering the directions issued in the Writ Petition, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the decision taken by the respondents on the petitioner's representation.

In that view of the matter, it is not found necessary to entertain the Civil Application. It is disposed of.
