Heard learned Counsel for both the sides for some time. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file revision against the order passed by Tahsildar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act before the Collector. He further submits that the said revision shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.

Looking to the fact that the petitioner has availed wrong remedy, if the revision is filed within a period of two weeks, the objection about the limitation shall neither be raised nor be entertained.
