This writ petition was filed in the year 2016 for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur below Exhibit - 36 on 23.02.2016 in Appeal No.51 of 2014. In this writ petition only notice was issued and there was no stay granted. (2) Today when this writ petition is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the writ petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as the Appeal No.51 of 2014 in which the impugned order rejecting the application Exhibit - 36 was passed, is decided by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner on 22.10.2020. (3) Their statement is accepted. In view of the fact that the appeal is decided by the learned Joint Charity
