The learned advocate for the petitioners (brought on the record today) submits that the respondent No.2(b) is the legal representative of the respondent No.2(a) and there is no other legal representative.

2 caw910.15 Considering these facts and accepting the reasons stated in the applications, the delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.2(a) on the record is condoned and the petitioners are permitted to delete name of the respondent No.2(a).

The civil applications are disposed of in the above terms.
