One of the two legal heirs Mrs. Mamta Samudre has engaged the learned Counsel Mr. A.S. Dhore to appear on her behalf along with petitioner 1. However, according to the averments in this application, the other legal heir Mrs. Pinki Gichare is not coming forward with the necessary instructions and may not be instructed in prosecuting the petition.

In this view of the matter, permission is sought to transpose Mrs. Pinki Gichare as respondent 6. 4.

For reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
