DATED : 08 th January, 2020 By this application, a delay of 50 days in filing of appeal against judgment dated 15.12.2016 passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge - 4, Nagpur and Special Court designating Mihan Project Nagpur in L.A.R.No.44/2006, by which reference filed by the appellant was partly allowed and inadequate compensation was granted is sought to be condoned. The reason for delay as stated in the application is paucity of funds.

Considering the extent of delay and the bonafide reasons for the same, the delay of 50 days is condoned.

Application is allowed accordingly.
