CORAM : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.

DATE : JANUARY 08 , 2019.

This appeal has been preferred by the Insurance Company as it is aggrieved by the direction issued by the Claims Tribunal to first satisfy the liability of the award and then recover the same from the owner and driver of the vehicle. The appeal however has been dismissed against the owner and driver of the vehicle in view of orders dated 03.10.2018 and 09.10.2018. Hence, time of four weeks is granted by way of last chance to take necessary steps failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
