By this application, the applicant/respondent No.1 is seeking permission for withdrawal of the compensation amount.

The First Appeal is already disposed of and settled in Lok-Adalat on 17/03/2019.

In view of the fact that, the first appeal is already disposed of as withdrawn in the Lok-Adalat, the applicant/ respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest.

The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.
