The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad states that time to decide the representation may be extended by two weeks for the reason that there are some ambiguities for which certain clarification is necessary and the same is sought by making correspondence with the Government. It is submitted that the reply from the Government is awaited.

Considering the above referred reason, time is extended by two weeks from the date of application. It is made clear that for any reason or ground no further extension would be granted for compliance of the order dated 23/02/2024.
