The learned AGP, therefore, submits that as this petition was filed being aggrieved by the amendment to the by-laws of the respondent No. 5 Society, this petition would not survive in view of the order at '

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has tendered a Pursis in this Court dated 20.11.2019, by which, he has intimated the petitioner that he is withdrawing his Vakilpatra.
