This is an application for speaking to minutes to the order dated 21st February, 2024. 2.

It is stated that while dictating the order this Court has observed that the parties shall appear before the Collector on 5th March, 2024 and thereupon the Collector shall decide the complaint within three months from the date of appearance of the parties. SKNair

However, the said portion is missing in the order dated 21st February, 2024. The learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent is not disputing the above referred facts.

Accordingly, clause (iv) be added to the order dated 21st February, 2024 as follows :

"The parties are directed to appear before the Collector on 10th April, 2024 and thereupon the Collector shall decide the complaint within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the parties".

After carrying out the necessary correction, the order be uploaded afresh.

The civil application is disposed of.
