The modification sought in the order dated 19-8-2015 is on the ground that the amount of compensation has been deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Nagpur while it has been stated in the aforesaid order that the amount has been deposited in this Court.
Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.
The order dated 19-8-2015 is modified and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amounts that have been deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in terms of said order.
Civil application is disposed of.
