Heard the learned counsel for the rival parties.

Seen the first information report [FIR] lodged by the father of the deceased. Upon perusal of the FIR, I find that the quarrel took place amongst the family members i.e between the brothers and the father. The accused got enraged and in order to teach lesson to his deceased brother assaulted by means of spade. Looking to the whole background, I think the applicant should be released on bail. Hence, I make the following order :-

Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.188 of 2015 is allowed.

B] The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
