The Petition is filed for a direction to the Respondent No.2- Collector, State Excise, Nagpur, to process the application filed by the Petitioner on 3 September 2019 for grant of F.L.-III Licence under the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor Rules, 1953. 2.

This being a limited relief prayed for by the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has reiterated that even as on today the application is not decided, the Writ Petition is disposed of as under :

If the application is complete in all respects, the same be decided within a period of six weeks from today / within a period of six weeks from the date the shortfalls are removed, as the case may be.
