This application is filed by the appellants for grant of an early hearing by a fixed date.

Mr M.R. Joharapurkar, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that both the appellants have lost their only son in an alleged accident. They have no support due to the accidental death of their son and they are facing financial crises.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, an early hearing is granted. A private paper-book is already filed on record.

Place the matter for early hearing at the end of the admission board on 10/04/2023.
