The appellant has filed a Pusis bearing Stamp No.9626 of 2016, stating therein that he is not desirous of prosecuting the appeal and wishes to withdraw the same. Mrs. Dharmadhikari, the learned counsel for the respondent, states that the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as directed by the Family Court is not deposited by the appellant, till date. In view of the statement made in the pursis, the Family Court Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
