DATED : 20/08/ This appeal is filed by the original complainant to challenge the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate dismissing his complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and acquitting the respondents. Shri R.N. Deshpande, Advocate appearing for the appellant states that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are reported to be dead. The respondent no. 1 is "Rashtriya Janseva Vividh Samasya Nivaran Sanstha, Nagpur, Gandhi Ward, Branch Ramtek, Tah. Ramtek (M.S.), District Nagpur"

The appellant is not in position to point out on whom the notice of this proceedings can be served. In view of the above facts, the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
