Shukre, J Dated : March 29, 2017 After hearing this matter for quite sometime, on instructions, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application filed by applicant no. 1. Leave granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn as far as applicant no. 1 is concerned.

Learned counsel submits that cases of applicants no. 2 and 3 may, however, be considered sympathetically, they being women and applicant no. 2 being mother of child, aged about 18 months. He submits that no specific roles have been attributed to the applicants no. 2 and 3. As regards applicants no. 2 and 3, I find that there is substance in the arguments of learned counsel for these applicants that no specific role is attributed to them and allegations against them are general in nature. Moreover, applicants are women and applicant no. 2 is mother of eighteen months' old child. Therefore, I am of the view that the applicants no. 2 and 3 can be granted bail. Application of applicants no. 2 and 3 is allowed and interim bail granted to these two applicants by this Court on 17.3.2017 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with addition of the conditions that the applicants no. 2 and 3

2 aba161.17 shall attend Police Station, Wani every day between 10.00 am and 12.00 non initially for a period of two weeks from 31st March 2017 and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

Application is disposed of.
