Heard Mr.Daruwala Advocate (appointed) for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents no.1,4,7 and 9.

Perused the orders passed by this Court from time to time. We find substance in the contention of learned APP that all possible efforts have been made and steps have been taken to trace out the missing person.

Learned counsel Shri Daruwala, however, submits that after recording statements of all concerned, nothing is coming on record. He submits that police authorities are not following proper procedure.

Learned APP submits that the investigation was transferred from Railway Police to C.I.D. and C.I.D. has made all efforts. After hearing respective counsel we find that the investigation is still on and C.I.D. is taking all efforts. In this situation, we find that applicant has to wait for some time or to provide some clue to State C.I.D. for further investigation. With these observations and with liberty to applicant to approach against after period of six months, we dispose of the present

Counsel charges (for appointed advocate) fixed at Rs.1500/-.
