None appears for the appellant. I have heard learned APP for respondentState. I have also gone through the reasons set out in the application. The applicant/appellant is in jail which fact itself has posed some difficulties for him to file appeal in time. The difficulties faced by the appellant are understandable and his difficulties, in my view, would provide sufficient cause for this Court to allow this application.

Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered. Office objections, if any, be removed within four weeks from today. Meanwhile, call for Record and Proceedings. There is no need to file private paper book and appeal be listed for final hearing after R & P are received. Registrar (Judicial) to take appropriate steps in the matter. JUDGE
