The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Amravati Division, Amravati.

The District Supply Officer, Dist. Buldhana 3.

The Tahsildar, Malkapur, Dist. Buldhana 4.

Shri Sushil Namdevrao Dhage, Age : 52 Years, Occ. Fare Price Shop Licensee, R/o Devdhaba, Tal. Malkapur, Dist.

Buldhana ... Respondents Shri S.P.Kshirsagar, Advocate for the appellant Shri K.L.Dharmadhikari, AGP for the respondent nos. 1 to 3. CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR, J.

DATED : 2nd JANUARY, 2023.

ORAL JUDGMENT :

This writ petition challenges the order dated 28th February, 2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner Amravati Division, Amravati Sknair

2/2 107-wp-2988-22(j).odt in revision case No. CSS-31/Devdhaba/Malkapur/2019-20, whereby the application for stay to the order dated 30th January, 2020 passed by the respondent no.2 is rejected.

2.

After passing of the said order, the period of about three years is lapsed. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the revision application at the earliest in any case within next five months would suffice the purpose. 3.

As this Court is of the opinion that direction needs to be given to the respondent no.1 to decide the revision application expeditiously, such order cannot be termed as adverse to any of the respondents, no notice is required to be issued. Moreover, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appears on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3. Accordingly, I pass the following order. i.

Writ petition is partly allowed;

ii.

The respondent no.1 is directed to decide the revision application filed by the petitioner expeditiously and in any case on or before 31st May, 2023.
