The Insurance Company has no objection, if the amount is paid to the respondent nos.2 to 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The respondent nos.2 to 4 are allowed to withdraw the amount in equal share, deposited by the appellant, with accrued interest, if any.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
