The petitioner claims to be surviving office bearer of the Trust viz. Shri Sant Gadge Baba Janmabhumi Smarak Samiti, Shendgoan (Khaspur) in relation to which the impugned order dated 05/03/2020 came to be passed.

It is claimed that the petitioner was not heard before passing of the impugned order.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with directions to the respondent-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravti to hear the petitioner and the persons who have stakes in the Trust and reconsider the order dated 05/03/2020. 4.

Let fresh hearing be conducted and decision be taken within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the parties. For that purpose the parties shall appear before the respondent-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravti on 15/04/2024. Order accordingly.
