By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent no.1 be permitted to be brought on record. In the application, it is stated that the applicants were not aware about death of respondent no.1. Similarly, respondent no.2 also expired on 10-3-2010. His legal heirs are also sought to be brought on record.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and as the prayer is not opposed by the proposed legal heirs, the applications are allowed. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record.
