Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender before the learned Court below or before the authority concerned on 22nd of May, 2015 and avail the remedy as available under the law. The learned Counsel, therefore, prays for extension of the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 26/03/2015 till 22nd of May, 20-15.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for extension of the interim protection.

In view of the fact that the applicant is already protected by the order of this Court dated 26/03/2015, the prayer for extension of the interim protection granted to the applicant is granted till 22nd of May, 2015 only. The application is disposed of in above terms. JUDGE *sdw
