On instructions, the learned Senior Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

If an application under Section 437 or 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the applicant, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the application within a week.

The learned A.P.P. assures co-operation in this regard.

At this stage, the learned Senior Advocate has prayed that the protection granted by this Court by the order dated 15th March, 2016 may be continued till 19th April, 2016 as the daughter of the applicant will be undertaking examination scheduled on 17th April, 2016.
