This application filed by the applicant/respondent Nos. 6 to 9 for withdrawal of the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant.

This appeal is already disposed of by the order dated 22/02/2023. The amount of compensation of Rs. 1,54,740/- is lying before this Court. The applicant/ respondent Nos. 6 to 9 are the original claimants. 4.

Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 are permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount and disbursed to them equally in their own account.

In view of the same, the civil application No. 730/2023 is disposed of.
