The fact that challenge to the order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal survives against the respondent No.4(a) to 4(c) and respondent Nos. 5 to 10, and accepting the explanation given in the applications, delay of 218 days in filing Misc. Civil Application Stamp No. 5878 of 2016 is condoned, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 29th July 2015 is set aside and the writ petition dismissed against the respondent No.3 is restored. The Civil Applications are allowed accordingly. CIVIL APPLN.NO.1669/2015.

For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioners are permitted to amend the cause title of the petition and correct the address of the respondent No.3. The Civil Application is allowed accordingly.
