Heard Mrs. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. Dangre, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, Mrs. K. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent No. 2 and Shri Gaikwad, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. The direction is sought to Respondent No. 4 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Nobody has appeared for the said respondent though it is served and the petition is admitted by this Court on 24.03.2014. In this situation, notice to Respondent No. 4, returnable on 06.04.2015. Till then, ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (i) of Civil Application. An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to the petitioner/ applicant.
