During the course of the argument, the learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants have filed application seeking discharge before the learned trial Court. The application has been filed on 27.9.2021 and up till now, the application has not been decided. Therefore, the present applicants are seeking quashment of the chargesheet. 2.

Having heard the matter for some time, we are of the view that the purpose would be served if the learned Trial Court is directed to decide the application expeditiously, preferably within three months from today. Order accordingly.
