The report of learned Mediator alongwith the terms of settlement between the parties is received. On going through the terms of settlement and as per the submissions of learned counsel for the rival parties, it appears that the parties have settled the dispute as mentioned in the terms of settlement, which I marked as "X" for identification. Further, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the parties have already filed application for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
