By this Civil Application, the applicant has sought a direction to the respondents to pay the provisional pension to the applicant/petitioner.

It is stated on behalf of the applicant that during the pendency of the Application, some arrears are paid to the petitioner and, as such, a part of the relief sought by the petitioner/applicant is granted. It is stated that it is clear from the correspondence received by the applicant that the respondents are ready to pay the rest of the arrears of provisional pension to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the Application, with a trust that the respondents would pay the remaining amount to the applicant if not paid earlier,

within a reasonable time.
