Considering the order proposed to be passed, service on respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

2] The names of the petitioners have been included in the transfer list dated 6/3/2023 that has been published by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli. According to the petitioners, their names are not liable to be included in the said list in view of the Government Resolution dated 7/4/2021. The petitioners have made a representation in that regard to the Chief Executive Officer as well as to the Education Officer (Primary) on 9/3/2023.

3] Since the process of transfer is underway, interest of justice would be served by directing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider the aforesaid representation and take a decision thereon in accordance with law. The petitioners shall appear before the Chief

27-WP-1559-2023 Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli on 16/3/2023. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall consider the aforesaid representation and take a decision thereon within a period of one week from that date. Needless to state that if in the meanwhile any order of transfer is issued to the petitioners, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli shall consider the same in the light of the decision to be taken on the representation. 4] The Writ Petition is disposed of.
