For the reasons stated in both these applications, the applications are allowed.

First Appeal Stamp No.20281/2015 is restored. Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

Civil Application [CAF] Stamp No.20292/2015 : Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after 12 weeks.

The respondents be served by R.P.A.D. in addition to regular mode of service.

cao.535.16 2/2 Civil Application [CAF] Stamp No.20293/2015 : There shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause of the application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of the appeal.

The appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

The civil application stands disposed of.
