According to the learned counsel, Mr. Sudame, the question of law which arises is whether the employer could have issued order of dismissal with retrospective effect. According to Mr. Sudame, the issue is covered. 3.

Mr. Ghare, who appears on behalf of the employer counters the submission by submitting that the issue is indeed covered, but against the employee. 4.
