On 21.03.2022, the following order was passed: "Learned APP submits that compliance report is ready and will be filed in two working days. He further submits, on instructions, that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Stand over to 31.03.2023."

Since, learned APP submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, the apprehension of arrest does not survive. The application is accordingly disposed of with a rider that the applicant shall cooperate in the investigation by attending the police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
