A prayer in this petition is to direct respondent No. 2 to acquire the open plot bearing No. 188, admeasuring 125.40 Sq.Mtr. and grant compensation.

Learned counsel for petitioner has invited our attention to page 46 which is a representation in form of notice addressed to the respondents dated 8.5.2023 (page 46).

Since the issue in question has not been decided by the respondent authorities, we direct respondent authorities to decide the issue raised in notice - representation dated 8.5.2023, in accordance with law, within ten weeks from receipt of this order. Petition is disposed of.
