JANUARY 15, 2025 Perused the letter dated 27.12.2024. It appears that explanation placed on record by the learned Judge is not satisfactory. It appears that the learned Judge has not understood the seriousness of the matter. It appears that the learned Judge is oblivious of the mandate of Section 309 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned Judge shall see that the trial is disposed of within two months from today. No further extension shall be granted. The learned Judge shall see that the order of this Court is complied with in letter and spirit.
